Handcrafted in Demark by a family owned business with 30 years of experience, our Jaeger leads are made of heavy duty bridle leather. Fittings are made of solid brass except the leash snap which is a polished nickel plated steel for extra strength. An adjustable shoulder strap cushioned with green felt allows the perfect fit whether you’re a petite or a Goliath. A game carrier is included with each set of our Jaeger leads. Environmentally-friendly, biodegradable oils are used in the leather tanning process.

We have always used leads since back in the glory days of bear hunting in North Carolina. For the last 4 years I’ve been chasing woodcock. My Jaeger leads never leave my kit. This is a great lead made with high quality materials and will last a life time. Twice in the past month, I have been asked where I got it by other handlers. I personally don’t like the shoulder pad and can easily remove it, but that is personal preference. If you want a quality leather Jaeger, look not further.
