Leave it to my husband to offer First Lady Michelle Obama a pair of red Norse boots! It took The White house nearly a month to respond but we opened the letter with great excitement anyway. In a generic form letter from the Office of the First Lady, Mrs. Obama’s spokesperson graciously denied the offer. My husband is now anxiously awaiting word about the pair of Royal Zips he offered the President. Keep waiting, honey!! He’s probably flying Air Force One up here to pick them up! Given all the “stuff” that goes on in Washington, we really should offer Gumleaf boots to all our politicians!
