Shipping Information

In stock orders are usually processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends). We charge a flat shipping rate of $20 per pair of boots. Shipping carriers include USPS, UPS and FedEx.

Tax Information

Our company headquarters is located in New York state. Sales tax is collected and reported accordingly.

Returns/Exchanges

If you aren’t happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for an exchange or refund within 2 weeks of purchase as long as the item(s) is in “saleable condition.” This means that the item must be unused (aside from trying on the boot), unblemished, devoid of any scuffs or tears, and returned with its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. A receipt, packing slip, or web order number are accepted. Clearance sale items are non-refundable.

Returns are processed within 7 business days following our receipt of your returned item(s). Once your return is inspected, we will email you concerning the status of the return (approved or denied). Returns are credited to the original method of payment or as a merchandise credit towards a future purchase.

Gumleaf Warranty

Gumleaf boots are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from date of purchase. This is not a guarantee against wear and tear, improper fitting/sizing or misuse of our products. Damage or faults such as rips, tears, burns and holes are not covered under the terms of our warranty policy.

In the event that your rubber footwear fails or is damaged due to a manufacturing or material defect, please return it with valid proof of purchase for evaluation. All footwear must be cleaned thoroughly before being returned for evaluation. If we deem the product to be faulty, we will assess whether to repair the item or replace it. If a repair or exchange is not possible, we will issue a refund. If in our opinion, the goods you have returned to us are not faulty, we will reject the warranty claim and return the goods to you in the same condition that we received them.

Important Product Information

There is a greater risk of slipping with increased sole wear. Exposure to solvents, oils and animal fats can swell the rubber and increase the risk of slipping. Our boots have a very high content of natural rubber latex, to which some people are allergic.
