I have owned these for a year and a half and at one of my jobs these have been the ONLY boots I will wear to keep my feet dry and comfortable. I live and work outside in Alaska and these are rugged boots! They are in great condition from an amazing amount of use. They are also very comfortable. Cannot stress my love for these boots enough. Highly recommend and yes, size down! I’m usually a size 10.5 or 11 depending on the shoe but these in a size 10 (EU 43) are perfect for me. Don’t wait – these are worth it!

I’ve owned my pair of Field Wellys for well over five years now. They have been the most comfortable, best performing waterproof field boots I’ve ever owned. They are lighter, yet offer better support than the (non-Gumleaf) neoprene topped boots I had been using. I use mine all summer long for dog training.

I’ve heard about Gumleaf for about two years on the Hunting Dog Podcast. On the opening day if grouse season here in Va it was very rainy sand muddy, my old hiking boots just couldn’t hold up any longer. I reached out to Jack to have him walk me through what I needed, I got the best costumer service from him! Not only did I order myself a pair I added a pair for my fiancé! We both love them and are so happy with the boot and the the service from Gumleaf! Thanks Jack!

Gumleaf USA has a handful of boot styles to accommodate most people. The build quality and materials is apparent as soon as you open the box. The high rubber content is reminiscent of years past and not seen in most boots today. Definitely a high end quality product!

Being my first Gumleaf boots, The Field Welly, are extremely comfortable. Easy to slip on, easy to walk around the homestead, and easy to slip off. So far, so good. Now, the real test was to see how they would feel and handle during a day in the field and hunting. Going through water areas and rocky terrain, I was impressed with the traction and comfort. I did wear thicker winter socks as the temperature was in the 20’s with some light snow. Might suggest the heavier lined style if using routinely in the winter, but I was ok with thicker socks. Stylish, comfortable, and now my go to field boots living in the beautiful Ozarks.

These boots are comfortable lightweight and really durable! I have used them for Whitetail hunting and scouting all the way into October. They held up to buckthorn and miles of hiking on public land. The Vibram soles are flexible but not too soft. The traction on wet logs is awesome! These boots are quality!
